Grok Chat and Grok Bots are separate pools. This page turns an official xAI export into a standing brief you can paste into Edit Profile, plus a transcript the Bot can keep on its shared computer.

What you download

  • profile.md — condensed standing brief: preferences, topics, projects, tone, flagged facts.
  • transcript.jsonl — one line per message. Source of truth for the Bot.
  • index.json — searchable titles and first lines.
A live bridge would mean giving a Bot your login. The export is the safer handoff.

Filters let you build a work-only profile, a social profile, or a compact brief from the same dump. NSFW threads stay out unless you opt in. Forgetting the file wipes this tab — nothing was stored.
